University College of Commerce and Business Management (UCC & BM), Osmania University is one of the best higher education institutions in the country. I am very proud to be the Principal of this wonderful college. It is a privilege for me to work with our students, our staff, and the university administration to make our college the very best in the country. The college has the privilege of having a healthy, harmonious ambiance and rich values that have played a pivotal role in shaping the future of innumerable students. Our mission is to transform students into rational thinkers, competent workers, law-abiding citizens, and spiritually enlightened individuals. This is my firm belief that the rich values and traditions imbibed here would carry you to greater heights.

This college stands forefront in achieving a determined mission of imparting higher education and keeping cultural heritage intact. It is a matter of pride that UCC& BM is located on the main campus of a hundred-year-old Osmania University.The University has been granted A + grade by NACC in 2017 and University with Potential for Excellence status by UGC in 2018. RUSA 2.0 program by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India in 2019.
UCC & BM has the Department of Commerce (DoC) and the Department of Business Management (DBM). DoC offers M.Com, M.Com (IS) and Ph.D program and DBM offers MBA, MBA (Tech), and Ph.D. programs. All PG Students are admitted based on State Ranks of TS-ICET. Ph.D Scholars are admitted based on UGC- JRF, NET, State CET, and OU entrance Test qualified candidates only. It has well stocked air-conditioned Library with an extensive collection of books and journals. It also has 200 seating capacity Auditorium with state-of-art public addressing system and sophisticated computer labs connected with LAN, optic fiber internet, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Each and every class room is connected with an HMDI screen with an LCD projector and provided a laptop to all faculty members with uninterrupted internet facility. It has sparling landscape garden in and around the college
This college has eminent professors who are State Best Teacher Awardees, UGC research Awardees, Research Supervisors, Guest speakers, chairing technical sessions, editorial board members, state government, and university nominees in various committees and regularly, publishing their manuscripts in reputed national and international journals apart from conducting seminars. It has potent sport facilities. College publishes two national journals. With the proud legacy of 78 years, the college has excelled in every field. Students educated from the college have carved a niche for themselves in various fields at national and international levels.
In this era of cut-throat competition, it is of paramount importance to be equipped with appropriate knowledge, habits, attitudes, and values leading to holistic development. Co-curricular and extra-curricular activities organized by the college.
