Our lab focuses is on Molecular medicine and applies experimental methods, computational methods to analyse large collections of biological data to identify hidden patterns and secrets. The computational methods include Sequence analysis, Gene prediction, Molecular modelling, Docking and Insilco drug design. In experimental methods we train students in cloning, protein over expression and purification, characterization and crystallization.We are happy to support enthusiastic students from recognized Universities across the country to do their training in our lab. We feel happy to trainstudents at budding stage and make them learn the advanced technology in fields of biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
