Library

The Library of the Law is one of the best law libraries in the entire South India having a good collection of law journals, text books, reports, commentaries and theses. All the leading journals like the All India Reporter, Supreme Court Cases, Journal of Indian Law Institute and Indian Bar Review are subscribed regularly in the library. Foreign Journals like All England Reports, Cambridge Law Journal, Harvard Law Review and Modern Law Review are subscribed in the Main Library of the University. It caters to the needs of LL.B. and LL.M. students and also Ph.D. scholars. At present there are more than 32,000 books and 30 periodicals in the library. and more than 6811 back volumes, there are about 200 books on International Humanitarian Laws contributed by ICRC. The Library is equipped with computer system. It has the AIR CDROM of Supreme Court Judgments from 1950 to 2005, the Law Super with Acts and cases from 1950 till to date. A CD of all the laws of Andhra Pradesh has also been added to the library. The year 2005 is a land mark in the history of the law college library as an IPR Depository consisting of a core collection of books and journals' relating to IPR has been established at a cost of Rs. 2.5 lakhs sanctioned by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India New Delhi. And also the teacher and students are access the SCC online. The college library is catering to law literature to the subject experts advocates of all cants, Research scholars of other Universities etc. is a great extent, who frequency visit the library.
