Description

The principle of nuclear magnetic resonance is based upon interaction between radio-frequency radiation and nuclei. Here 5mm BBFO Z-Gradient NMR Probe with sample holder is located at the intersection of the planes of the applied standard - bore magnets magnetic field (X-field), applied radio frequency field produced by inner RF coil (Y-field) wounded around the sample Probe, which receives RF frequencies from AVANCE – III RF Generator of Spectrometer and detector RF field (Z-field). Bruker FT-NMR with digital computer is required to control the pulses, accumulate the data, and transform the accumulated information for presentation on CRT Tube or LCD display.
