Description

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a chemistry based tool for quantifying and analyzing mixtures of various compounds .it is widely used in diverse fields such as pharmaceuticals, and biochemistry to chemistry, the environment, and food products.

Chromatography is a family of analytical chemistry techniques for the separation of mixtures. It involves passing the sample, a mixture which contains the analyte, in the "mobile phase", often in a stream of solvent, through the "stationary phase." The stationary phase retards the passage of the components of the sample. When components pass through the system at different rates they become separated in time. Ideally, each component has a characteristic time of passage through the system. This is called it's "retention time."

A chromatograph takes a chemical mixture carried by liquid or gas and separates it into its component parts as a result of differential distributions of the solutes as they flow around or over a stationary liquid or solid phase.

Working Principle

The autosampler achieves unparallel speed, with a sample injection movement of just 10 seconds for 10µl sample, thereby reduces the total analysis cycle time. Prominence is a HPLC system that offers a genuine high throughput.

With an automatic pulsation-correction mechanism and high speed micro plunger driving, it achieves pulse-free solvent delivery

Superb micro volume pumping performance, highly stable flow - rate (0.0001ml to 10.0ml) & achieves high pumping accuracy across a broad flow-rate range from the micro to the semi-preparative scale.

Upgradeability for High pressure gradient up to three pumps and low pressure gradient Quaternary pump

Dynamic Gradient Mixer suitable for high pressure, low pressure & semi-micro applications.

Column oven with Peltier cooling facility, Fibre optic technology & Facility to mount Rheodyne Injectors, Mixing chamber,  etc

Prominence Photodiode Array detector offers multi wavelength detection across a designated wavelength range of 190nm to 800 nm. Excellent linearity through stray light correction mechanism. It permits purity measurements using simultaneously acquired absorption spectra.

Provided with Fluorescence Detector covering  the wavelength range of 200- 650nm  & High Sensitivity Refractive Index Detector (RID) with Refractive Index range : 1 ~ 1.75 RIU for various Analysis in the fields of medicine, pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, etc.

Broad application range- from Analytical to preparative-scale HPLC

High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is widely used in diverse fields such as pharmaceuticals, and biochemistry to chemistry, the environment, and food products. Reverse phase chromatography has found both analytical and preparative applications in the various science fields like biochemistry, clinical chemistry, forensic science, pharma chemistry, Environmental ,polymer industry, toxicology, food and drink industry for various quantification, separation and purification processes..

User requires to submit a sample for a Reverse phase chromatography wherein the stationary phase is Non-polar.

User require to submit the sample details like Charge, Hydrophobicity, Affinity, Solubility, Stability, and Molecular weight, Absorption wavelength, etc along with the sample.

The sample should be provided in an air tight , contamination free vials.
