Transfer
Transfer within Private Colleges The
following are the rules for admission on transfer into LL.B. Course from
one private law college to another private law college within the state
of Andhra Pradesh.
i)
Such admissions shall not exceed 5% of the sanctioned intake
of 1st year of the LL.B. 5-year and 3-year course of the
college concerned. ii)
The candidate shall have completely passed preceding course of
study ie., for LL.B. 2 year he should have passed LL.B.
1st year, in the case of transfer into 3rd
year, he must have passed LL.B. 1st and 2nd years
as the case may be. iii)
The transfer will be allowed only within one month of the
commencement of the first term of the academic year on production of no
objection certificate from the concerned Principals. iv)
The transfer will be made only from the University within the
State to Private Law College affiliated to Osmania University and also
from one private law college from outside the city to private law
college within the city area.
No transfer are permitted from outside the state. v)
Candidates seeking transfer from other Universities within the
State of Andhra Pradesh whose transfers are approved by the University
will be exempted from appearing by the University will be exempted from
appearing from the corresponding equivalent papers in the course already
completed. They
shall be required to appear and pass the papers which they have not
studied and passed at the parent University in the relevant course. vi)
The application form for transfer shall be made on the prescribed
form available at Osmania University Press on payment of Rs. 10/-.
It should be accompanied by transfer fee of Rs. 200/- through D.D.
issued in favour of Registrar, Osmania University payable at State Bank
of Hyderabad, Hyderabad together with all relevant documents. vii) The admission on transfer shall be subject to other rules of admission and provisions in force in the Osmania University. |
