He has specialized in International Law. He stood First in LL.M. Course. Practiced as an Advocate for (5) years in High Court and A.P. Administrative Tribunal. He worked as Section Officer (Gazetted) for (8) years in A.P. Administrative Tribunal and joined as Part-time Lecturer in P.G.College of Law in the year 1988 and continued as such till his selection as full time Lecturer in February, 1992. He taught various under-graduate (LL.B.) and P.G. Courses. He has done Ph.D. on “Indian State Practice Relating to Sovereign Immunity with special reference to India”. He worked as NSS Programme Officer for (4) years. He was also a Member of Faculty of Law for (2) years and at present he is a Member of Board of Studies. He has participated in various National Seminars. He was also gave Lectures as Resource person for the courses conducted by Department of Law and Hyderabad Central University (HCU) and currently teaching International Law and Socio-Economic Offences at LL.M. level

Dr. A.Narsing RaoAsst.Professor
Dr. A.Narsing Rao has obtained his B.Com., LL.B., LL.M. and Ph.D. degrees from Osmania University. He is having more than 14 years of teaching and administrative experience and specialized in Jurisprudence and Environmental Law. He held the positions of Principal, University College of Law and also Head, Department of Law, O.U. He is a Gold Medalist in LL.M. He worked in Private Law Colleges affiliated to Osmania University before joining the University service. He was Founder Principal, Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Law College, Hyderabad, and his academic achievements includes contribution of good number of articles and presentation of papers in various national and international seminars and workshops. He also organized four National Seminars in the Dept. of Law, O.U during his tenure as the Head of Dept., of Law, O.U. He is on the panel of guest faculty in reputed academic and training institutions. He was a member of A.P. High Court Legal Service Authority Committee. He acted paper setter and examiner in Law subjects for most of the Universities in A.P. and Punjab Public Service Commission. He is currently teaching Jurisprudence at P.G. level and Business and Corporate Laws, Environmental Law and IPR subjects at UG and PG level

Graduated in Science with First Division from Osmania University and obtained his Law Degree from Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. He did his LL.M. Course from Osmania University with ‘Labour Law’ specialization in the year 1993 and secured highest marks in LL.M., Labour Law Branch for which a Gold Medal was awarded to him. In the year 1990 got enrolled as an Advocate and practiced in lower courts for a period of seven years. In 1997 appeared for Judicial Service examination conducted by High Court of Andhra Pradesh and stood State First in Junior Civil Judges selections and in the same year has been selected for the Post of Assistant Public Prosecutor by the Director of Prosecution, Government of Andhra Pradesh. He has joined in University Service in Osmania University as Assistant Professor in the year 1997 and obtained Ph.D. Degree in June 1999. He is author of two books namely, ‘A Hand Book for Judicial Service Examiniations’ and ‘A Hand Book on Indian Constitution, Criminal Major and Minor Acts’. Labour Law is his specialization and he has also interested in Family Law and Criminal Law subject

Stood first in MA (Islamic Studies). Worked as Professor and Head , Department of Law and member Academic Senate of the Nagarjuna University (1987-89) and Chairman Board of Studies, S P Mahila University, Tirupathi.

He was appointed by His Excellency the President of India as Visitor’s nominee to the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (1989-1993). Worked as Director Osmania Oriental Research & Publication Bureau, a 110 years old worked renowned research institution (1995 – 1998). Worked as Principal PG College of Law (1984-1987), Head, Department of Law (1996-97), Principal, University College of Law (1999-2001). He has produced 8 Ph.Ds and, published 3 books and 75 articles in legal and other journals including newspapers. He is also a member of the Executive Council of Osmania University. Presently teaching Labour Law / Research Methodology. He was invited to U S A to deliver lectures on socio-legal topics in New York, New Jersey, Chicago and Minnesota. University Topper and Triple Gold Medalist in LL.B. and Gold Medalist in LL.M. Secured Ph.D on ‘Judicial Activism of Supreme Court’ as a Junior Research Fellow of UGC.

Author of seven well received books and 23 articles published in Standard Law Journals. His two books ‘Women & the Law’ and ‘Judicial Activism in India’ were favourably reviewed in the Hindu by Justice V R Krishna Iyer. Successfully organized a National Seminar on ‘Fifty Years of Indian Constitution Experiences and Expectations’ in August, 2000. Delivered lectures in various UGC Refresher Courses and Seminars as Resource person. Attended more than 15 national seminars and conferences. Visiting Faculty at various institutions including A.P. Police Academy, A.P. Excise Academy and ICADR. Recognized as Research Supervisor for guiding Ph.D. scholars in Department of law of Osmania University. Joined the University as Lecturer in February 1992. Registered for Ph.D. in Law in the Osmania University in 1993 and completed Ph.D. in August 1998. Topic of Research was ‘A study of Anti-Corruption Laws in India with special reference to Andhra Pradesh.’

Dr. Sripathi Dwaranath graduated in Law from University College of Law, Osmania University. He completed his Master’s degree in Law specializing in International Law from the same University and registered for Ph.D. which he completed in 1994 and was awarded the degree in the same year. He has been on Teaching Faculty of Law of Osmania University for the past 13 years teaching various subjects of Law such as International Law, Principles of Equity, Banking Law, Law of Crimes, Criminal Procedure Code, Intellectual Property Rights, Law of Torts and Consumer Protection for the LL.B. Course.
